Welcome to Sugar Story by Joi. Based in Sydney, we specialize in creating exquisite custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for all occasions. We believe in creating unique, beautiful, and above all, delicious desserts that will make your event, the one to remember. At Sugar Story by Joi, we use only the finest ingredients, and we specialize in Swiss meringue buttercream. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, and we'll work with you to create a cake that truly represents your vision.

I’m Joimini, the founder of Sugar Story by Joi, and I have always had a passion for baking. Growing up, I loved watching my grandma bake, and I found the process of mixing batter, timing, and temperature so fascinating. In 2020, I turned my lifelong dream into reality after receiving overwhelming compliments on a cake I made for a friend's gender reveal celebration. That’s how Sugar Story by Joi came to be!

Now based in Sydney, I’m supported by my wonderful husband, and together we are dedicated to creating special memories. Whether it’s a small event or a large celebration, we work closely with you to turn your vision into reality.
